3 한글 주의사항

ms sql 디비에서 고객 테이블의 이름 컬럼을 조사해서
가나다 별로 존재하는 데이터들의 공통된 첫 음소들을 따오려고 합니다.
예를 들어


김삼순
김호랭
금이빨

나가라
나와라
노랭이

라면빨
라이도

마파두부
모자장수

밥퍼요
밥줘요

.
.
.


이렇게 이름 데이터 있다면 


'가' 분류에는 '김''금' 두가지가 있으니까 공통된 형태소인 'ㄱ'이 결과로 나오고
'나' 분류에도 '나''노' 두가지가 있으니까 역시 공통된 형태소인 'ㄴ'이 결과로 나오고
'다' 분류에는 데이터가 없으니 '다' 항목에는 결과가 나오지 않고
'라' 분류에는 첫 글자가 모두 '라'로 일치하니 '라'가 결과로 나오고
'마' 분류에는 '마''모' 두가지가 있으니 'ㅁ' 이 나오고
'바' 분류에는 '밥'만 있으니 '밥' 이 결과로 나오고

이런 식으로 결과를 뽑으려면 어떻게 쿼리를 짜야 할까요...
